I have been very satisfied with the quality of all of my past orders. I specialize in wrought iron [forged] and raw black-iron architectural constructs [no ornamental].
I always order surplus & various other fixtures to have on hand - so I have stock to compare to this order. The Oxide coating is very weak - I would discribe 'as having a mirror sheen', and not comparable with any of the your previous product.
Fortunately: the installation was in a 'perma-dark' corner, so I doctored with a Sharpie.
Pls compare this lot with your other stock . . . you are appreciated, and a valuable
resource . . . this will not jeopardize my adherence . . .

Thanks for your honest review! We've examined these lags and it does look like the black oxide process did not 'take' quite as well as it normally does. We will take these back to the finisher and see if we can get some improvement!
