Ordered two sets of black oxide screws, What shows up are nickle plated screws. the same day I received the order, I wrote their customer service and email. Never heard a word back, no apology, no how can we fix the error, just FU. The only response from this company is this automated rating system generated by their online store. Total waste of time and money.
